I'm sure that a lot of Harold Shipman's young patients at his surgery were quite satisfied with the service recieved and thought he did a good job

Yes, he will - third world debt relief - leading the world - environmental action - leading the world - trade liberalisdation - leading the world - EU expansion - - leading Europe oh, and the longest period of UK economic expansion ever and the best economic performance relative to the UK's world peers since WWII Yep, Blair was great. Thatcher of course transformed the UK from a socialist spastic beholden to the IMF for a bail out to one of the OECD's most successsful economy's But you know all this dont you biff.
